算法推荐视域下软性历史虚无主义的风险治理

摘　　要：智能媒体时代,算法推荐技术凭借其个性化定制、精准化传播、智能化推送等优势,成为助力意识形态传播的重要技术手段。在算法技术的加持下,历史虚无主义通过软性渗透的方式传播核心观点,实现了智能化叙事转向,表现为叙事场景数智化、叙事形式碎片化、叙事内容娱乐化、叙事模式商业化。软性历史虚无主义的“控场”与主流历史文化的“缺场”造成了一定程度的政治安全风险、文化认同风险、网络治理风险。为此,要从价值层面引导算法、从技术层面优化算法、从制度层面规制算法、从主体层面驾驭算法,以规避由算法推荐带来的软性历史虚无主义的风险。In the era of intelligent media,algorithm recommendation technology has become an important technical means to promote ideological dissemination with its advantages of personalized customization,precise dissemination,and intelligent push.With the support of intelligent algorithm technology,historical nihilism conveys its core ideas through soft infiltration,achieving a shift towards intelligent narrative,manifested in the digitization of narrative scenes,fragmentation of narrative forms,entertainment of narrative content,and commercialization of narrative models.The“control field”of soft historical nihilism and the“lack of field”of mainstream historical culture have caused a certain degree of political security risks,cultural identity risks,and network governance risks.To this end,it is necessary to guide algorithms from the value level,optimize algorithms from the technical level,regulate algorithms from the institutional level,and control algorithms from the subject level,in order to avoid the risk of soft historical nihilism in the perspective of algorithm recommendations.
