苏北解放区的战邮建设与乡村社会变迁

摘　　要：苏北解放区的战时邮政组织基本驻扎在乡村,绝大多数邮政员也是当地的农民,这是中国共产党“农村包围城市”革命发展道路,“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”根本工作路线的具体体现。邮政工作与乡村的紧密联系,使得苏北解放区的战邮建设不仅在抗日战争和解放战争中发挥了重要作用,同时也对苏北乡村社会变迁产生了广泛而深远的影响。具体表现为四个方面:发展乡村邮政组织,团结农民群众革命力量;健全党报发行网络,提高农民群众政治觉悟;加强军邮流动通信功能,发挥支前邮局联络作用;推动乡村生产发展,改善农民群众生活水平。Most of the wartime postal organizations in the Liberated Area of Northern Jiangsu Province were stationed and operated in rural areas,and the majority of the couriers were local farmers.This was a concrete manifestation of the Chinese Communist Party's revolutionary development path of“encircling the cities from the countryside”and the fundamental work line of“everything is for the masses,everything depends on the masses,from the masses to the masses”.This close connection with the rural areas makes wartime postal construction in the Liberated Area of Northern Jiangsu Province not only playing an indelible role in both the War of Resistance Against Japan and the Liberation War,but also having a widespread and profound impact on the rural social changes in the Northern area of Jiangsu Province.The impact specifically manifested in four aspects:developing rural postal services to unite the revolutionary forces of the peasant masses;broadening and improving the distribution network of party newspapers to raise the political awareness of the peasant masses;strengthening the mobile communication functions of military postal services and giving full play to the liaison role of frontline support post offices;promoting rural production development to improve the living standards of the peasant masses.
