数字化绿色化对煤炭企业新质生产力的协同效应研究

摘　　要：为探究数字化和绿色化对煤炭企业培育新质生产力的协同效应机制,基于2010—2022年沪深A股煤炭行业上市公司数据,从全要素生产率角度检验数字化和绿色化对煤炭企业新质生产力的协同影响和作用机制。结果表明:数字化和绿色化能够协同促进煤炭企业全要素生产率增长,赋能煤炭企业新质生产力发展;机制检验显示,数字化和绿色化具有“信息协同效应”、“融资协同效应”和“人力资本协同效应”,且对煤炭企业全要素生产率的协同促进作用具有单门槛效应;异质性检验发现,数字化和绿色化对全要素生产率的协同促进作用在大规模企业、高科技企业、企业所在地区环境规制较高和市场竞争程度较激烈时更为有效。This paper aims to explore the synergistic mechanisms of digitalization and greenization in fostering new quality productive forces in coal enterprises.Based on the data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share coal industry from 2010 to 2022,the study verifies the synergistic effect and mechanism of digitalization and greenization on the new quality productivity of coal enterprises from the perspective of total factor productivity.The results show that digitalization and greenization can promote the growth of total factor productivity of coal enterprises and enable the development of new quality productivity of coal enterprises.The mechanism test shows that digitalization and greenization have"information synergy effect","financing synergy effect"and"human capital synergy effect",and have a single threshold effect on the synergistic promotion of total factor productivity of coal enterprises.The heterogeneity test shows that the synergetic effect of digitalization and greenization on total factor productivity is more effective in the large-scale enterprises,high-tech enterprises,and the enterprises within the higher local environmental regulations and more intense market competition.
