摘  要:为提高液压支架故障诊断准确性,提出基于激光三维扫描的煤采工作面液压支架故障诊断方法。通过激光三维扫描技术,获取液压支架表面三维点云数据,计算点云数据的平均曲率和法向量,抽取液压支架表征信息。结合点云数据的分布,计算异常得分,锁定异常区域所在位置以及异常范围,拟合抽取三维表征与定量信息,判定故障严重程度,实现故障诊断。结果表明,对液压支架进行故障诊断时,可有效判定不同故障的严重程度与细微故障,正确诊断样本占比提升至0.75以上,提高了煤采工作面液压支架故障诊断准确性。This paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on laser 3D scanning technology for developing the accuracy of hydraulic support fault diagnosis in coal mining operations.The study involves acquiring high-resolution 3D point cloud data from hydraulic support surfaces by using a laser 3D scanning system,calculating the mean curvature and normal vector of the point cloud data;extracting the characterization information of the hydraulic support,calculating the abnormal scores based on the point cloud data distribution to lock the position and boundary of the abnormal regions,by fitting the gained characteristics and quantitative information of 3D,defining the fault degree,enabling the fault diagnosis.The results demonstrate that the method can effectively determine the degrees of the faults,effectively identify subtle faults with the correct diagnosis rate up to 75%,as which improves the accuracy of hydraulic support fault diagnosis in coal mining operations.
