摘 要:为改善柔性准固态超级电容器的倍率性能,采用化学交联法制备氧化活性炭与聚乙烯醇复合的水凝胶电解质(OAC-PVA),通过SEM和FT-IR研究OAC对复合水凝胶形貌和官能团结构的影响。采用均匀设计法优化聚吡咯(PPy)制备工艺,通过电化学测试分析OAC对凝胶的离子电导率和一体化电容器电化学性能的影响。结果表明:OAC与PVA通过化学键结合使PVA的离子电导率提升至0.123 S/cm;基于OAC-PVA凝胶制备的PPy/OAC-PVA电容器在20 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下比电容为750 mF/cm^(2),保留率为66.7%,比PPy/PVA提升了75 mF/cm^(2),容量保留率提升2.8%。该研究表明OAC影响PVA凝胶内部的官能团结构可改善电解质离子电导率,进而提升一体化超级电容器的倍率性能。This paper aims to improve the magnification performance of flexible quasi-solid supercapacitors.The study consists of preparing a hydrogel electrolyte(OAC-PVA)with chemical cross-linking method;studying the effects of OAC on the morphology and functional group structure of the composite hydrogel by SEM and FT-IR,optimizing the preparation process of polypyrrole(PPy)by using homogeneous design method,and analyzing the effect of OAC on the ionic conductivity of the gel and the electrochemical performance of the integrated capacitor by electrochemical testing.The results show that the ionic conductivity of PVA increases to 0.123 S/cm by chemical bonding between OAC and PVA.The specific capacitance of the PPy/OAC-PVA capacitors prepared from OAC-PVA gel is 750 mF/cm^(2) and capacitance retention rate is 66.7%at 20 mA/cm^(2) current density,which is 75 mF/cm^(2) higher than that of PPy/PVA,and the capacitance retention rate increases by 2.8%.This results show that the functional group structure inside the PVA gel affected by OAC can improve the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte,thereby improving the rate performance of the integrated supercapacitor.
