摘  要:为解决全装配式混凝土剪力墙湿式连接节点施工质量不易保障等难题,提出了两种新型干式连接节点方案,基于ABAQUS仿真分析了两种新型干式连接节点的全装配式剪力墙的力学性能,并与相应的现浇剪力墙的分析结果进行对比,获得一种力学性能最优的新型干式连接节点并对其进行多参数仿真分析。结果表明:抗滑移系数、轴压比、螺栓布置方案及数量、螺栓规格对节点承载力影响较小,仅腹板及加劲肋厚度对节点承载力影响显著;采用修正系数法获得采用新型干式连接节点的全装配式混凝土剪力墙承载力评价公式的置信区间为[0.9981,1.0021],标准差为0.0016,该公式能够很好地评价其承载力。This paper proposes two new types of dry connection node schemes to solve the difficult problems including uneasy to guarantee the construction quality of wet connection node of fully assembled concrete shear walls.Based on ABAQUS,the study involves analyzing the mechanical properties of fully assembled shear wall with the two new dry connection nodes;and comparing with the corresponding analysis results of cast-in-place shear wall to obtain a new dry connection node with optimal mechanical properties,and conduct the multi-parameter simulation analys.The results show that the node load capacity is influenced less by anti-slip coefficient,axial compression ratio,bolt arrangement scheme and number,and bolt specification,but influenced significantly more only by the thickness of web plate and stiffening rib.By the correction coefficient method,the confidence interval of the evaluation formula of fully assembled shear wall bearing capacity with new dry connection nodes is[0.9981,1.0021],and the standard deviation is 0.0016,which can evaluate the load capacity better.
