摘 要:以20个13年生红椿半同胞家系为研究对象,探讨其生长性状,并对遗传特性进行了综合评价。结果表明:20个13年生红椿半同胞家系间树高、胸径、单株材积、枝下高、冠幅均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),具有较高的遗传改良潜力;树高、胸径、冠幅和单株材积的家系遗传力均在0.90以上,受遗传因素影响较大;20个家系中,以TC12生长最好,树高、胸径、单株材积、枝下高、冠幅分别为15.27m、23.73cm、0.3232m3、5.70m、5.37m,遗传增益最高达到38.21%;以胸径、树高和单株材积生长为依据,通过分类比较,筛选出TC12、TC20、TC02、TC15、TC03和TC04这6个优良家系,平均遗传增益为26.27%,遗传增益高,生长优势明显,可作为早期选择的优良家系。Taking 20 half-sib families of 13-yea-old Toona ciliata as the research objects,the growth traits of half-sib families were studied,and their genetic characteristics were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in tree height,DBH,individual volume,branch height and crown width among 20 half-sib families of 13-yea-old Toona ciliata(P<0.01),which had high genetic improvement potential.The family heritabilities of tree height,DBH,crown width and individual volume were above 0.90,which were greatly afected by genetic factors.Among the 20 families,TC12 grew best,with tree height,DBH,individual volume,branch height and crown width of 15.27 m,23.73 cm,0.3232 m3,5.70 m and 5.37 m,respectively,and the genetic gain was up to 38.21%.Based on the growth of DBH,tree height and individual volume,six superior families of TC12,TC20,TC02,TC15,TC03 ad TC04 were selected by classification and comparison,the average genetic gain of which was 26.27%indicating that the growth advantage of themwas obvious and the genetic gain was high and they could be taken as excellent families for early selection.
