摘  要:本研究以2年生土沉香苗木为砧木,以土沉香易结香无性系‘西瓜叶’‘蓝宝石’的带侧芽茎段为接穗,研究了不同径级的砧木和接穗对嫁接成活率及嫁接苗生长情况的影响。结果表明:嫁接成活率、单株萌芽数量、苗高增长量及冠幅增长量随砧木和接穗粗度的增大呈增加的趋势。‘西瓜叶’和‘蓝宝石’在Ⅰ级砧木(地径1.30~1.60cm)和Ⅰ级插穗(粗度0.50~0.80cm)的嫁接条件下,嫁接成活率最高,苗木萌芽及生长状况最好。不同无性系的嫁接效果具有差异,‘西瓜叶’的嫁接效果优于‘蓝宝石’。嫁接成活率、单株萌芽数量、苗高增长量、冠幅增长量各指标之间呈极显著正相关关系。本研究为土沉香品种的繁殖及推广提供了科学依据。In this study,the effects of different diameter grades of stock and scion on the survival rate of grafting and growth of grafted seedlings were studied by using 2-year-old Aquilaria sinensis seedling as rootstock and the stem segments with lateral buds of easy junction clones‘Xigua Ye’and‘Lan BaosH’as scions.The results stawed tat the survival rate of grafting,the number of sprouts per plant,the grouth of seedling height and the grouth of crown width increased with the increase of rootstock and scion diameter.Under the grafting conditions of grade I rootstock(ground diameter of 1.30-1.60 cm)and grade I scion(diameter of 0.50-0.80 cm),the survival rate of grafting was the highest,and the germination and growth of seedlings were the best.The grafting effect of different clones was different,and the grafting effect of‘Xigua Ye’was better than that of‘Lan Baoshi’.There were significantly positive correlations between the survival rate of grafting,the number of sprouts per plant,the increase of seedling height and the increase of crown width.This study provided a scientific basis for the propagation and popularization of the cultivar of Aquilaria sinensis.
