摘　　要：随着农村劳动力的不断老龄化,越来越多经济效益较差的柑橘园被农户弃管。枳壳是一种常见的中药材,具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效,主治胸胁气滞、胀满疼痛、食积不化、痰饮内停、脏器下垂等病症,有广泛的药用价值和市场前景。且枳壳抗旱、抗病虫害能力强,果实品质要求低,用工少,易管理,果农接受度高。本文探讨了弃管柑橘园枳壳品种的选择,高位嫁接,枳壳园土壤改良、园地整理、生草栽培、夏季修剪、水肥管理、促花保果、病虫防治等生态培育的关键技术,以及枳壳采收与初加工技术要点。通过示范和推广,以促进枳壳规模化生产和可持续发展,为生态经济建设和农村产业转型升级提供有益参考。With the continuous aging of rural labor force,more and more poorly managed citrus orchards are being abandoned by farmers.Fructus aurantii is a common Chinese medicinal material with the functions of regulating the flow of vital energy and remove obstruction toit.It is mainly used for the treatment of qi stagnation in the chest and hypochondrium,distension and pain,indigestion of food accumulation,internal retention of phlegm and fluid,and organ ptosis.So it has broad medicinal value and market prospects.Moreover,it has strong drought resistance and pest resistance,low fruit quality requirements,easy management with less labor,and high acceptance among the masses.This article explored the selection of F.aurantii varieties in abandoned citrus orchards,and ecological cultivation of top grafting.The key techniques in F.aurantii orchard for soil improvement,orchard arrangement,bud removal,topping,grass cultivation,summer pruning,water and fertilizer management,flower promoting and fruit retention,pest control,and the main points of harvesting and processing techniques were discussed.Through demonstration and promotion,we aim to promote the large-scale production and sustainable development of F.aurantii,providing a useful reference for ecological economic construction and rural industrial transformation and upgrading.
