摘 要:江西省是我国首批三个“国家生态文明试验区”之一,位于中国东部亚热带常绿阔叶林腹心,横跨中国-日本森林亚区中的浙南山地亚地区和赣南-湘东丘陵亚地区,具有较高的生物多样性且拥有较多的濒危保护植物。筛选和确定江西省野生种子植物185科1090属3925种,并构建江西省种子植物系统发育树;同时,比较了基于物种相异性矩阵(β_(sim))和系统发育相异性矩阵(pβ_(sim))的种子植物和被子植物区系分区结果。结合地质历史和实地调查,认为基于种子植物pβ_(sim)的区系地理分区方案更合理。将江西省植物区系分为鄱阳湖区、梅岭区、龙虎山区、赣南区、赣北区和赣中区6个区;各区物种数最多的前十个科均包含菊科、蔷薇科、唇形科、豆科、莎草科、茜草科和禾本科,但物种数最多的属存在差异,特有种集中分布在赣中区。Jiangxi province is one of the first three Chinese"National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zones".This province is located in the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests in eastern China.Jiangxi province belongs to the China-Japanese floral region,and comprised the southern Zhejiang mountainous subregion and the southern Jiangxi-eastern Hunan hilly subregion,which are characterized by high biodiversity and endangered conservation plants.In this study,after careful examinations,we confirmed that there are 185 families,1090 genera and 3925 species wild seed plant species in Jiangxi province,and reconstructed the phylogenetic tree of seed plants in Jiangxi province;Further,we compared the floristic regionalization results of seed plants and angiosperms based on the simpson pairwise dissimilarity(β_(sim))and phylogenetic turnover(pβ_(sim)).Considering the geological history of Jiangxi Province and our field investigations,deemed that the floristic regionalization of seed plants based on pβ_(sim)was most reasonable.Finally,we proposed that there are six floristic regions:Poyang Lake region,Meiling region,Longhushan region,Gannan region,Ganbei region,and Ganzhong region.The top ten families with the highest species richness in each region were similar,and all of them included Asteraceae,Rosaceae,Lamiaceae,Fabaceae,Cyperaceae,Rubiaceae,and Poaceae,but the genera with the highest species richness were different from each other.Especially,the endemic species were concentrated in the Ganzhong region.
