摘 要:为探讨国产安息香属不同系两种安息香属植物的染色体核型差异,揭示其分类学和系统学价值。采用植物常规压片法获取了中华安息香和中越安息香的根尖染色体装片并分析了其核型。结果表明:中华安息香染色体数为2n=2x=40,核型公式为2n=40=32m+8sm,染色体的相对长度为2.97~6.79,最长染色体和最短染色体的比值(Lt/St)为2.59,核型为1B型;中越安息香的染色体数为2n=2x=16,核型公式为2n=16=16m,相对长度为9.39~15.61,最长染色体和最短染色体的比值(Lt/St)为1.79,核型为1A型。中华安息香的最长染色体和最短染色体的比值、核型不对称系数均大于中越安息香,表明中华安息香进化程度更高。To explore the chromosomal karyotype differences of two different strains of the genus Styrax in China,and to reveal their taxonomic and systematic value,chromosome karyotypes of Styrax chinensis and S.finlaysonianus were studied by the traditional squashed method.The results showed that the chromosome number of S.chinensis was 2n=2x=40,with its karyogram being 2n=40=32 m+8 sm,its chromosome relative length being 2.67~6.86,and the ratio of its longest chromosome to the shortest chromosome being 2.59,thus its karyotype was 1B.The chromosome number of S.finlaysonianus was 2n=2x=16,with its karyogram being 2n=16=16 m,its chromosome relative length being 9.07~15.65,and the ratio of its longest chromosome to the shortest chromosome being 1.79,thus its karyotype was 1A.Due to the lager ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest chromosome,and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient in S.chinensis being greater than those in S.finlaysonianus,it can be concluded that S.chinensis has a higher evolution degree than that of S.finlaysonianus.
