摘  要:通过对江西金盆山省级自然保护区植物群落进行调查和多元统计分析——TWINSPAN分类和DCA排序,探讨区域尺度植物群落和物种多样性分布格局及其影响因素。结果如下:①TWINSPAN将43个样方分为13个群落类型,结合DCA的排序结果可以进一步分成6类,包括锥柯类的山地常绿阔叶林、南酸枣为优势的暖性落叶阔叶林、锥属为优势的季风常绿阔叶林、山地沼泽落叶阔叶林、亚热带山地灌木林和水竹等为优势的河岸带森林;②DCA排序对TWINSPAN分类结果有较好的验证,DCA第一轴与TWINSPAN轴都表现为海拔和土壤水分的梯度变化,DCA第二轴表现为土壤质地由碱性土向酸性土的梯度变化,因此植物群落和物种多样性分布的影响因素主要是海拔、土壤水分和土壤性质;③GAM分析表明,植物多样性沿DCA第一轴表现为先升高后降低的单峰格局,暗示植物多样性沿着海拔梯度的单峰分布格局。Regional vegetation pattern is a key knowledge for natural reserve protection and management.Phytosociological investigation and multivariate analysis have become standard tools in vegetation science and related field.A total of 43 releves were sampled on Jinpen Mt.Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province,and analyzed using TWINSPAN classification,DCA ordination and GAM fitting.It is aimed to analyze the distribution pattern and diversity of plant communities,and provide a first comprehensive phytosociological analysis of the plant communities and vegetation zones of the nature reserve.As the result,13 groups of communities were identified,and combined with DCA ordination,they can be further divided into 6 distinct communities,such as Castanopsis-Lithocarpus montane evergreen broad-leaved forest,Choerospondias axillaris subtropical deciduous broad-leaved forest,Castanopsis monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest,montane bog deciduous broad-leaved forest,subtropical montane shrubland and riparian forest.As the DCA ordination,axis 1 was performed to a gradient change of altitude and soil moisture,which was similar to the TWINSPAN classification,and axis 2 was performed as soil change from alkaline calcareous soil to acidic humus soil.The DCA ordination result suggested that altitude and soil are the two key factors to forming the vegetation distribution and community diversity pattern.Fitting community Shannon index with DCA axis by generalized additive model indicate that the plant diversity along altitude performed unimodal distribution.
