摘 要:为了解江西九岭山国家级自然保护区内鞘翅目与鳞翅目昆虫的种类、群落结构及区系分布特征,于2019—2022年间以样线法和灯诱法在保护区内的四个保护站进行了野外调查。经鉴定,保护区内共记录鳞翅目昆虫47科455属794种,鞘翅目昆虫48科295属536种;从属种多度角度分析,二者构成类群较小,群落结构稳定;从属种比值分析,二者均有丰富度较高、优势度明显的特点。区系分析表明,从世界动物地理区划角度来看,保护区内的鳞翅目昆虫以东洋界独有种为主(占比52.90%),鞘翅目昆虫则以东洋界—古北界共有种为主(占比65.11%);从中国动物地理区划来看,二者均以华中区、华南区和西南区主导,且华中区独有种的占比低于多区共有种,表明保护区的物种丰富度较高。相比2009年调查记录,本次采集并鉴定的鞘翅目物种数增加了24种,鳞翅目昆虫增加了72种,在一定程度上反应了近几年来九岭山自然保护区生物多样性的增加。To elucidate the species diversity,community structure,and zoogeographical distribution characteristics of Coleoptera and Lepidoptera within Jiangxi Jiuling Mountain National Nature Reserve,field surveys were conducted from 2019 to 2022 at four conservation stations using line transect and light trapping methods.A total of 794 species across 455 genera and 47 families of Lepidoptera,and 536 species across 295 genera and 48 families of Coleoptera were recorded within the reserve.Analysis from the perspective of genus and species abundance revealed that both groups have a smaller constituent community with stable structure.The analysis of genus to species ratios indicated that both groups were characterized by high richness and distinct dominance.Zoogeographical analysis revealed that the Lepidoptera species within the reserve were predominantly Oriental region endemics(52.90%),while Coleoptera species were primarily shared between the Oriental and Palearctic regions(65.11%).From the perspective of Chinese zoogeographical regions,both groups were dominated by the Central China,South China,and Southwest regions,with the proportion of Central China endemics lower than that of shared species across multiple regions,suggesting a high species richness in the reserve.Compared to the survey records from 2009,the number of Coleoptera species identified in this study increased by 24,and Lepidoptera species by 72,reflecting an increase in biodiversity within the Jiuling Mountain Nature Reserve in recent years.
