摘　　要：以探索5W2H分析法在医院零星工程管理中的应用为目标,以北京某公立三级甲等医院作为研究对象,通过5W2H分析法从立项制度、施工方案、施工单位考核机制、工期、安全、管理团队、造价等七个维度对医院零星工程管理现状展开分析,并以此为基础提出医院零星工程管理的有效策略,具体包括完善零星工程立项审批制度、推进零星工程做法标准化、设置入围施工单位考核机制等。This article aims to explore the application of 5W2H analysis method in sporadic project management in hospitals.Taking a public grade-A tertiary hospital in Beijing as the research object,the 5W2H analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of sporadic project management in hospitals from seven dimensions:project approval system,construction plan,construction unit assessment mechanism,construction period,safety,management team,and cost.Based on the situation,effective strategies for sporadic project management in hospitals are clarified.Hospitals can optimize management processes and improve project quality by improving the approval system for sporadic project approval,promoting standardization of sporadic project practices,and setting assessment mechanisms for shortlisted construction units.
