摘　　要：针对医院医疗设备采购管理中存在的问题,从需求评估、设备验收、售后维护等方面提出了规范化管理措施。同时,提出建立全生命周期管理系统、创新采购模式和方法、加强采购队伍建设等建议,强调加强采购需求审核、建立严格验收制度和完善设备维护保养机制的重要性。Aiming at the problems existing in the procurement management of hospital medical equipment,this paper puts forward standardized management measures from the aspects of demand assessment,equipment acceptance and after-sales maintenance.At the same time,it puts forward the establishment of the whole life cycle management system,innovative procurement models and methods,strengthen the construction of procurement team and other suggestions,emphasizing the importance of strengthening the review of procurement needs,establishing a strict acceptance system and improving the equipment maintenance mechanism.
