摘　　要：该研究旨在深入分析上海市医疗机构临床工程师的职业发展现状。通过问卷调查法收集数据,分析存在的问题,并提出针对性的改进建议。研究结果显示,尽管临床工程师在医疗设备管理和技术支持方面发挥着重要作用,但在职业发展、教育培训、科研活动等方面仍面临诸多挑战。文章提出了加强人才队伍建设、建立独立的职称评审体系、制定行业管理规范等建议,以期促进临床工程师的整体素质提升和职业发展。The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of the career development of clinical engineers in medical institutions in Shanghai,to collect data through questionnaire survey method,to reveal the existing problems,and to put forward targeted suggestions for improvement.The results show that although clinical engineers play an important role in medical equipment management and technical support,they still face many challenges in career development,education and training,and research activities.This paper puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the talent team,establishing an independent title evaluation system,and formulating industry management norms,with a view to promoting the overall quality improvement and career development of clinical engineers.
