摘　　要：建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)作为一种数字化建筑设计和管理工具,已在医院建筑行业得到广泛应用。该研究采用文献计量学方法,使用CiteSpace可视化工具,对2008年至2023年发表的501篇BIM应用于医院建筑管理相关的重点文献进行了系统分析与归纳。通过对发文量变化、关键词共现图谱和时间线图谱进行分析,阐明了该研究领域的趋势、热点变化和制约问题。此外,研究探讨了BIM在当前医院建筑管理中的应用点及潜在创新方向,旨在深入挖掘BIM在医院建筑管理中的应用潜力,为医院管理者提供更科学、智能的管理方法。Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a digital tool for architectural design and management,has gained extensive use in the hospital construction industry.This study systematically analyzed and summarized 501 key publications from 2008 to 2023 by bibliometric methods.The study employed the CiteSpace visualization tool to analyze the publication trends,co-occurrence maps of keywords,and timeline maps of BIM research in hospital building management.The objective was to elucidate the trends,changes in hot topics,and constraints associated with BIM research in hospital management.Additionally,the study presented the application cases and potential innovative directions of BIM in the current hospital building management.The overall findings are expected to explore the potential of BIM in hospital building management and provide more scientific and intelligent management approaches to hospital administrators.
