热拌环氧沥青ESMA混合料路用性能及组合式结构耐久性研究

摘　　要：为了评估热拌环氧沥青ESMA混合料路用性能,揭示钢桥面板与热拌环氧沥青铺装耦合受力特征,基于常泰长江大桥EA+ESMA铺装结构,开展了高低温稳定性、抗裂缝扩展性,组合结构界面安全性,复合梁疲劳耐久性以及钢桥面铺装足尺结构加速加载试验。结果表明:1)热拌环氧沥青ESMA混合料在70℃下的动稳定度超过10000次/mm,-10℃弯拉应变为4000με,800με四点弯曲疲劳寿命超过100万次;2)层间与钢板的拉拔强度为4.0 MPa,剪切强度为12.5 MPa,满足钢桥面铺装界面安全性能要求;3)复合梁三点加载疲劳寿命超过1200万次,足尺结构在300 kN(约6倍轴载)作用下累计加载200万次,钢板和铺装均未出现明显损伤,等效标准轴次寿命1.1亿次,验证了热拌环氧沥青EA+ESMA钢桥面铺装良好的抗高温车辙和抗疲劳耐久性能,解决了钢桥面铺装结构耐久性、行车舒适性与安全性提升难题。To evaluate the road performance of hot mix epoxy asphalt ESMA mixture and reveal the coupled stress characteristics between the steel bridge deck and hot mix epoxy asphalt pavement,based on the of Changtai Yangtze river bridge,hot mix epoxy asphalt EA+ESMA pavement structure,high and low temperature stability,crack propagation resistance,composite structure interface safety,composite beam fatigue durability,and full-scale structural acceleration loading test of steel bridge deck pavement were conducted.The results show that:1)The dynamic stability of the hot mix epoxy asphalt ESMA mixture at 70℃is over 10000 times/mm,the bending tensile strain at-10℃reaches 4000με,and the four point bending fatigue life at 800μεis over 1 million times;2)The tensile strength between the interlayer and the steel plate is 4.0 MPa,and the shear strength is 12.5 MPa,which met the safety performance requirement of steel bridge deck pavement;3)The fatigue life of composite beams under three-point loading is over 12 million times,the full-scale structure was loaded 2 million times under a load of 300 kN(approximately 6 times the axle load),and there was no significant damage to the steel plate and pavement.The equivalent standard axle life was 110 million times,which verified the good high-temperature rutting resistance and fatigue durability of the hot mix epoxy asphalt EA+ESMA steel bridge deck pavement,and solved the problem of upgrading durability,confortability and safety of steel bridge deck pavement.
