摘 要:针对传统热再生技术存在施工温度高、RAP分散不均及新旧沥青融合效果差等问题,首先采用妥尔油脂肪酸(RFA)作为反应型再生剂,探究其掺量对沥青粘温特性的影响规律,确定RFA的适宜掺量;其次以碱性添加剂(CaO)替代部分矿粉,制备AC-13反应型再生沥青混合料RWRA(Reactive Warm Mix Recycled Asphalt Mixture),并采用车辙试验、马歇尔试验、弯曲试验等方法对其路用性能进行分析;最后采用红外光谱分析,研究妥尔油脂肪酸(RFA)与碱性添加剂的反应机理。研究结果表明:1)将RFA加入沥青中可显著降低沥青粘度,在掺量为沥青质量的12%时,RWRA成型温度范围降至114.4℃~118.8℃,可在125℃以上密实成型,相较热拌工艺,可降低成型温度30℃;2)RWRA的浸水残留稳定度为95.9%,动稳定度为1947次/mm,-10℃低温弯曲破坏应变为2564με,优于仅加入RFA的沥青混合料,且高于规范要求,具有较好的路用性能;3)红外分析结果显示,RFA中羧酸基团与CaO在水的作用下发生了反应,促进了RFA在沥青胶浆中的交联,从而提升了反应型再生沥青混合料的性能。To address the limitations of conventional hot recycling technologies,such as high construction temperatures,uneven dispersion of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP),and poor integration of aged and new asphalt,this study proposes a novel approach using tall oil fatty acid(RFA)as a reactive rejuvenator.First,the influence of RFA dosage on the viscosity-temperature characteristics of asphalt was investigated to determine its optimal content.Subsequently,alkaline additives(CAO)were employed to replace partial mineral fillers,producing AC-13 reactive warm mix recycled asphalt mixture(RWRA).The pavement performance of RWRA was evaluated through rutting tests,Marshall stability tests,and low-temperature bending tests.Finally,the reaction mechanism between RFA and CaO was analyzed using infrared spectroscopy.Key findings include:1)Incorporating RFA significantly reduced asphalt viscosity.At 12%RFA content(by asphalt mass),the compaction temperature range of RWRA decreased to 114.4-118.8℃,enabling dense compaction above 125℃—a 30℃reduction compared to conventional hot-mix processes;2)RWRA exhibited superior performance:immersion residual stability of 95.9%,dynamic stability of 1,947 cycles/mm,and low-temperature bending failure strain of 2,564μεat-10℃.These values surpassed those of mixtures with RFA alone and exceeded specification requirements,demonstrating excellent pavement performance;3)Infrared spectroscopy revealed that carboxyl groups in RFA reacted with CaO in the presence of moisture,promoting cross-linking within the asphalt binder.This reaction mechanism enhanced the performance of the reactive recycled asphalt mixture.
