基于加速加载试验的道路标线涂料路用耐久性能研究

摘  要:针对道路标线的耐久性,现有规范和研究多集中在标线涂料本身,对涂料路用耐久性能研究较少。为此,在分析现有涂料耐久性评价研究成果的基础上,提出利用1/3比例加速加载设备MLS11评价2种常用涂料(双组分和热熔型)的路用耐久性。试验结果表明:1)双组分涂料初始逆反射亮度系数高于热熔涂料,加速加载30万次后,热熔涂料的衰减率为50.2%,双组分涂料的衰减率均值为24.07%,双组分涂料的视认性和耐久性均优于热熔涂料;2)在玻璃珠级配相同的情况下,0.8 mm厚的双组分标线涂层逆反射系数和衰减率均低于0.6 mm厚的双组分标线涂层,说明厚度大的涂层具有更好的耐久性;3)不同涂料的初始抗滑摆值差别不大,随加载次数的增加,所有涂料的抗滑摆值呈下降趋势,热熔涂料抗滑摆值衰减率最高,为21%,0.6 mm双组分涂料抗滑摆值衰减率次之,为19.74%。通过试验对比,推荐道路标线涂料选用双组分涂料,涂料的厚度需结合工程实体情况进行确定。Regarding the durability of road markings,most of the existing specifications and studies focusing on the marking coatings themselves,while there is relatively little research on the road durability performance of the coatings.For this reason,on the basis of analyzing the existing research results on the durability evaluation of coatings,it is proposed to use the 1/3 scale accelerated loading equipment MLS11 to evaluate the road durability of two commonly used coatings(two-component type and hot-melt type).The experimental results show that:1)The initial reflectance brightness coefficient of the two-component coating is higher than that of the hot-melt marking coating.After accelerating 300000 times,the attenuation rate of the hot-melt coating is 50.2%,and the average attenuation rate of the two-component coating is 24.07%.The visual recognition and durability of the two-component coating are better than those of the hot-melt marking coating;2)In the case of the same glass bead grading,the anti reflection coefficient and attenuation rate of the 0.8mm thick two-component marking coating are lower than those of the 0.6mm thick two-component marking coating,and a thicker coating reflects better durability;3)The initial anti slip values of different coatings are not significantly different,and with the increase of loading times,the anti slip values of all coatings show a decreasing trend.The attenuation rate of anti slip values of hot-melt coatings is the highest at 21%,followed by 0.6mm two-component coatings at 19.74%.Through experimental comparison,it is recommended to select two-component coating for road marking coatings,and the thickness of the coating needs to be determined in combination with the actual situation of the engineering entity.
