摘 要:近年来,船撞桥事故时有发生,通过合理的风险评估选取适宜的防撞措施对保障跨航道桥梁安全运营至关重要。针对某山区跨江桥梁船舶数量显著增加,洪水期水位变化大、桥区水流速度变化大等问题,采用《公路桥梁抗撞设计规范》(JTG/T 3360-02—2020)船撞风险概率分析方法对该桥梁抗撞性能进行研究,并同时计算了该桥年碰撞概率和倒塌概率。结果表明:1)通航孔距离越远的桥墩,其设防代表船型吨位越小;2)洪水期,桥墩轴线与水流方向夹角改变,桥区周围水流速度增加,船舶失控风险加大,桥区船舶通航密度逐年增加,可能造成船舶碰撞桥梁事故概率增加;3)采用该规范计算得到不同桥墩设防船舶吨位更合理,避免资源浪费,从经济性上适合作为后期桥梁防船撞工程实施的设计依据。In recent years,ship-bridge collision accidents have occurred from time to time.Conducting rational risk assessments to select appropriate anti-collision measures is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of bridges over navigation channels.In a certain mountainous area,the number of vessels passing under a river-crossing bridge has significantly increased.During the flood season,there are large changes in water levels and significant variations in the flow velocity within the bridge area,the collision resistance performance of the bridge was investigated using the ship collision risk probability analysis method specified in the Specifications for Collision Design of Highway Bridges(JTG/T 3360-02—2020),and the annual collision probability and collapse probability of the bridge were also calculated simultaneously.The results indicate that:1)The farther the pier is from the navigable opening,the smaller the tonnage of the representative ship type for which it is designed to withstand;2)during the flood season,the angle between the pier axis and the water flow direction changes,the water flow velocity around the bridge area increases,the risk of ship losing control is heightened,and the ship traffic density in the bridge area is increasing year by year,all of which may lead to an increased probability of ship-bridge collision accidents;3)the calculation of the representative ship tonnage for different piers using this specification is more reasonable,avoiding the waste of resources.Therefore,it is suitable as a design basis for the implementation of future bridge anti-ship collision projects from an economic perspective.
