摘　　要：为解决在净空较小条件下采用常规方法浇筑混凝土结构物无法进行底模支撑,且底模在施工完成后无法拆除的难题,依托某工程应用实例,自主研发设计了一套利用简单常见的施工材料组合而成的小净空结构物底模支撑体系,并采用Midas有限元软件对小净空结构物底模支撑体系进行受力分析。结果表明:1)小净空结构物底模支撑体系各构件强度、刚度及稳定性均满足规范要求;2)采用该体系不仅能安全稳定支撑结构物底模,还能方便、快捷拆除,拆除后材料还可再回收利用,有效节约施工成本。该体系简单易行,具有较好的应用价值,为小净空结构物施工提供一种新的思路。To address the challenges of constructing bottom formwork support using conventional methods under limited headroom conditions,where traditional formwork systems cannot be installed or removed after construction,this study developed a novel bottom formwork support system for confined-space structures using readily available construction materials.The system was applied in an engineering case study and analyzed for mechanical performance using Midas finite element analysis(FEA)software.Key findings include:1)The strength,stiffness,and stability of all components in the confined-space bottom formwork support system met code requirements.2)The system not only provided safe and stable support for the structure′s bottom formwork but also allowed for rapid dismantling post-construction.The disassembled materials could be recycled and reused,effectively reducing construction costs.This system offers a simple,practical solution with significant application value,providing a novel approach for constructing confined-space structures.
