摘 要:为保障现浇箱梁工程施工全过程的人员安全,调研了88起现浇箱梁典型施工安全事故与19部相关安全标准,开展了基于LEC评价法的现浇箱梁施工安全指标风险因子调研分析。研究表明:1)共筛选出现浇箱梁施工安全一级指标220项及二级指标456项,并基于层次分析法构建了现浇箱梁施工安全指标体系;2)经过风险因子等级划分,在一级安全指标中共提取Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级指标分别有61项、19项及140项。研究结果可为现浇箱梁施工安全管理工作提供检测依据,在一定程度上预防施工过程中发生安全事故。In order to ensure the safety of personnel in the whole process of cast-in-place box girder construction,88 typical construction safety accidents of cast-in-place box girder and 19 related safety standards were investigated,and the risk factors of cast-in-place box girder construction safety indicators based on LEC evaluation method were investigated and analyzed.The research shows that a total of 220 first-level safety indexes and 456 second-level safety indexes of cast-in-place box girder construction are selected.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the safety index system of cast-in-place box girder construction is constructed.After the classification of risk factors,61,19 and 140 indexes of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢare extracted from the first-level safety indexes,which can provide theoretical basis for the safety management of cast-in-place box girder construction and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in the construction process to a certain extent.
