摘 要:浅埋市政隧道下穿浅基础建筑物施工风险高,易发生建筑物不均匀沉降、结构开裂和隧道垮塌等工程事故。选取隧道埋深、地层参数和相对距离3个主要影响因素,采用数值建模的方式分析不同影响因素对建筑物沉降的影响规律,并基于研究结论,提出浅埋市政隧道下穿浅基础建筑物风险等级划分方法,并据此对实际工程进行风险等级评定。研究结果表明:1)随着隧道埋深的增大,建筑物基础沉降量呈现出非线性减小趋势,且当埋深小于10 m时,对其沉降量和变化速率的影响较大;2)地层参数对建筑物基础沉降产生较大影响,基础沉降对各参数的敏感性大小为:弹性模量>粘聚力>泊松比>内摩擦角;3)隧道与建筑物相对距离的变化对建筑物基础沉降量和差异沉降均产生较大影响;4)工程应用表明,采用快速风险等级划分方法评定为Ⅲ级(高风险),与实际情况基本吻合,该方法准确高效,具有良好的推广应用价值。The construction risk of shallow foundation buildings under shallow buried municipal tunnels is high,and engineering accidents such as uneven settlement of buildings,structural cracking,and tunnel collapse are prone to occur.Three main influencing factors,namely tunnel depth,geological parameters,and relative distance are selected to analyze their impact on building settlement by numerical modeling.Based on the research conclusions,a risk level classification method for shallow buried municipal tunnels under shallow foundation buildings is proposed,and the risk level of actual projects is evaluated accordingly.The research results indicate that:1)With the increase of tunnel burial depth,the settlement of building foundations shows a non-linear decreasing trend.When the burial depth is less than 10 m,it has a significant impact on the settlement and rate of change of the tunnel;2)The geological parameters have a significant impact on the settlement of building foundations,and the sensitivity of foundation settlement to various parameters is as follows:elastic modulus>cohesion>Pois-son′s ratio>internal friction angle;3)The change in relative distance between tunnels and buildings has a significant impact on both foundation settlement and differential settlement;4)Engineering applications have shown that using the rapid risk level classification method to assess as LevelⅢ(high risk)is consistent with the actual situation,and this method is accurate and efficient,with good promotion and application value.
