摘　　要：针对我国高速公路服务区在支撑交通强国建设、助力乡村振兴和促进路衍经济发展等新需求方面存在建设理论不足、建设经验缺乏、建设机制不完善等问题,采用文献回顾与案例分析相结合的方法,对日本高速公路服务区发展历程与规划建设进行深入研究,重点考察其在上世纪60年代至今等不同时期建设重点变化过程,以及在规划、设计、运营等不同建设阶段形成的建设经验。结果表明:1)发展历程可分为初创探索期、设施升级期及区域振兴期3个阶段;2)规划建设经验包括品牌化开发、主题化建设、开放式布局以及在地化运营等方面。日本高速公路服务区在为公众提供便捷舒适的出行服务的同时,也成为了区域振兴的关键载体,我国应从促进服务区差异化发展、平台化建设和打造开放式服务区等方面推动我国高速公路服务区发展。In terms of new demands such as supporting the construction of a strong transportation country,assisting rural revitalization,and promoting the development of the road economy,China′s expressway service areas face problems such as insufficient construction theory,lack of construction experience,and imperfect construction mechanisms.Using a combination of literature review and case analysis,this study conducts in-depth research on the development process and planning construction of expressway service areas in Japan.The focus is on examining the changes in construction priorities during different periods from the 1960s to the present,as well as the construction experience formed during different stages of planning,design,and operation.The results indicate that:1)The development process can be divided into three stages:initial exploration period,facility upgrading period,and regional revitalization period;2)Planning and construction experience includes branding development,themed construction,open layout,and localized operation.While providing convenient and comfortable travel services for the public,Japan′s expressway service areas have also become a key carrier for regional revitalization.The development of China′s expressway service areas should be promoted from the aspects of promoting differentiated development,platform construction,and creating open service areas.
