CLDAS气温在甘肃省的质量评估及适用性分析

摘  要:利用甘肃省地面气象自动站逐小时和日极值数据,通过统计误差在多检验源、多时间尺度的时空分布,评估2020年12月1日至2021年11月30日CLDAS气温产品在甘肃省的质量,分析其在天气、气候事件中的适用性。结果表明:CLDAS气温误差整体较小,各产品的相关系数均超过0.98,非独立检验源的指标优于独立检验源的,国家站的指标优于区域站的,独立检验源、国家站和区域站RMSE分别为1.502℃、0.908℃和1.499℃。CLDAS小时气温、日最高气温和日最低气温负偏差的样本量分别为50.49%、64.78%和44.69%,日最高气温整体低估,日最低气温整体高估。冬季时段日最低气温的均方根误差高于日最高气温的,夏季时段的则相反;冬季和春季的升温天气过程中误差较大,均方根误差可达3.0℃以上。各季节CLDAS气温误差日变化规律相似,但达到谷值时间有差异,在日落降温时高估,日出升温时低估,冬季夜间误差大、白天小,夏季的则相反。CLDAS各产品的误差指标空间差异不显著,仅在高海拔区域分布有误差较大且为正偏差站点,小时产品和日最低气温分布有更多正偏差站点,日最高气温的负偏差站点居多。CLDAS能准确描述平均气温及大范围寒潮天气过程的时空变化,与观测值的差值不超过±1.0℃,但描述高温及高温热浪的完全相符率仅约为50%。CLDAS产品质量较优,能应用于气候分析和评估领域,在升温时段、高温天气过程的精度有待提升。Based on the hourly and daily temperature data,the quality of CLDAS air temperature products from December 1,2020,to November 30,2021 in Gansu Province and its applicability in weather and climate events are evaluated through statistical errors in different source testing data and multi time scales.The results show that the errors of all CLDAS temperature products are small and their correlation coefficients exceed 0.98.The quality of indicators in non-independent source test is better than in independent source test,and that of national stations is better than that of regional stations.The RMSE of CLDAS at independent source testing stations,national stations and regional stations are 1.502℃,0.908℃and 1.499℃,respectively.The sample size with negative deviation of CLDAS hourly temperature,daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature is 50.49%,64.78%and 44.69%.The daily maximum temperatures are underestimated and the daily minimum temperatures overestimated.The RMSE of daily minimum temperature is higher than that of daily maximum temperature in winter,but the situation is on the contrary in summer.Larger errors tend to appear in the temperature rising processes in winter and spring,with the RMSE reaching 3.0℃or higher.There are similar diurnal variations of CLDAS temperature errors in all the four seasons,but the time getting to the lowest temperature is different.It is overestimated at sunrise but underestimated at sunset.The statistical error at night is higher than in the daytime in winter,but it is opposite in the summer time.All CLDAS products have smaller spatial differences.There are more stations with positive deviations for hourly and daily minimum temperatures but more stations with negative deviations for the daily maximum temperatures.The CLDAS temperature products can characterize the spatial and temporal variations of the mean temperature and the large scale of cold-wave process,and its difference from observation is in the range of±1.0℃.For high temperature and heat wave event
