摘  要:为了解我国河北省部分地区羊泰勒虫的种类、感染率、遗传进化及季节流行性,并分析饲养草场环境及羊携带的蜱虫对羊泰勒虫感染的影响,本研究基于羊泰勒虫18S rRNA基因,采用套式PCR法对河北省7个地级市的羊群采集的626份血液样品感染虫种进行种类鉴别;选取4份代表性泰勒虫阳性样品进行18S rRNA基因序列的同源性分析,构建系统进化树分析其遗传进化特征。结果显示,我国河北省羊群泰勒虫感染率为38.8%(243/626),其中张家口地区羊泰勒虫感染率最高,为56%(56/100),显著高于其他地区(P<0.05);感染羊泰勒虫的虫种主要为吕氏泰勒虫,未检测到尤氏泰勒虫和绵羊泰勒虫。基因序列同源性分析和遗传进化树分析结果显示,该虫株与GenBank中登录的羊泰勒虫18S rRNA基因序列的同源性达100%,且该吕氏泰勒虫可能来自北京和浙江,呈地区性聚集。对不同地区及不同月份羊泰勒虫感染情况调查分析结果显示,8月羊泰勒虫感染率最高,显著高于其他月份(P<0.05),这可能与夏季高温高湿的气候条件有利于蜱虫活动和繁殖有关。上述结果表明,河北省存在羊泰勒虫感染,且张家口地区尤为严重,建议各地区应在夏季,特别是8月份加强对羊泰勒虫感染的重点防控,改善饲养草场环境,减少蜱虫滋生,以降低羊群感染风险。本研究揭示了河北地区羊泰勒虫感染现状及流行株的遗传变异特征,提示蜱虫作为传播媒介在羊泰勒虫感染中发挥重要作用,为该羊泰勒虫病的区域防控提供基础数据和科学参考依据。To investigate the species,infection rate,genetic evolution,and seasonal epidemiology of ovine Theileria in some regions of Hebei Province,China,and to explore the impact of forage field environments and tick infestation on ovine Theileria infection,this study employed nested PCR to amplify the 18S rRNA gene sequences from 626 blood samples collected from sheep in seven cities in Hebei Province.The infected species were identified,and four representative Theileria-positive samples were selected for homology analysis of the 18S rRNA gene sequences.A phylogenetic tree was constructed to analyze their genetic characteristics.The results showed that the overall infection rate of ovine Theileria in Hebei Province was 38.8%(243/626),with the infection rate in Zhangjiakou being 56%(56/100),significantly higher than in other regions.The predominant species infecting sheep was Theileria luwenhone,while no infections of Theileria uilenbergi or Theileria ovis was detected.The molecular phylogenetic tree revealed regional clustering of Theileria luwenhone,and the sequenced samples exhibited 100%homology with the 18S rRNA sequences of ovine Theileria deposited in GenBank.During the investigation,a positive correlation was found between tick infestation on sheep and the infection rate of Theileria,suggesting that ticks play a crucial role as vectors in the transmission of ovine Theileria.Statistical analysis further revealed that the infection rate of Theileria in sheep was highest in August,significantly higher than that in other months,which may be related to the high temperature and humidity in summer that favor tick activity and reproduction.These findings indicate the existence of ovine Theileria infection in Hebei Province,with a particularly severe situation in Zhangjiakou.It is recommended that all regions should strengthen their prevention and control against ovine Theileria,particularly in the summer months,especially August,by improving forage field environments and reducing tick infestation,thereby reducing the ris
