摘  要:为了实现液体火箭发动机组件在地面力学环境试验中的响应与其实际工作状态下的响应特征一致,提升组件试验考核的有效性,从边界映射途径出发,讨论了组件力学环境响应一致的边界映射问题的理论求解,提出了通过设计优化进行组件试验边界映射的工程解决方法。基于二代非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms-Ⅱ,简称NSGA-Ⅱ)和有限元联合仿真,对某型发动机推力装置组件地面力学环境试验的边界约束结构进行优化设计,获得了满足响应特征要求的组件试验边界约束结构形式,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:试验与仿真优化结果吻合良好,组件关键部位响应特征满足目标要求;通过试验边界约束结构优化设计方法进行边界映射,能够实现组件地面试验响应与实际状态响应特征等效一致。In order to realize that the dynamic response characteristics of liquid rocket engine components in the ground mechanical environment tests are consistent with those in the actual working state of the engine,so as to improve the effectiveness of component test assessment,this paper discusses the solution method of the consistent response of engine components in the mechanical environment theory from the boundary mapping approach.An engineering solution of component test boundary mapping is proposed by design optimization.Based on nondominated sorting genetic algorithms-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) genetic optimization algorithm and finite element cosimulation,the boundary constraint structure of ground mechanical environment test is optimized for thrust com-ponents of an engine.The test boundary constraint structure of components satisfying the response characteristics is obtained and the test verification is carried out.Tested results are in good agreement with the simulation optimization results.It is demonstrated that the response characteristics of the key parts of the component meet the target requirements.Furthermore,it is shown that the boundary mapping method through the experimental boundary structure optimization design method can achieve the equivalent consistency between the ground test response characteristics of the component and the actual state response characteristics.
