摘  要:高速飞行器钛合金壁板在热环境下刚度会发生改变,严重影响其模态特性。针对此问题,首先,分析了四边简支的钛合金加筋壁板在常温下的模态和热屈曲特性;其次,探讨了均匀热环境对固有频率的影响、材料刚度和附加几何刚度对加筋壁板热刚度的贡献以及固有振型的“演变”现象;最后,研究了非均匀热环境对钛合金加筋壁板热模态的影响规律。结果表明:在均匀温度下,加筋壁板数值模型具有对称性,导致其2阶和3阶临界屈曲温度和固有频率相同,且在热环境的影响下,2阶和3阶固有振型会发生演变现象;加筋壁板前4阶固有频率均表现为先减小再增加的变化趋势,各阶固有频率最低点主要受1阶临界屈曲温度的影响;相对于材料刚度,热应力导致的附加几何刚度是加筋壁板热模态的主要影响因素;在均匀和非均匀温度场下,热环境对固有频率的影响趋势大致相同;非均匀温度场对低阶频率的影响较小,而对高阶固有频率影响较大。The stiffness of titanium alloy panel of high speed vehicle will change in thermal environment,which will affect the modal characteristics of the vehicle.This paper analyzes the modal and thermal buckling of stiffened titanium alloy panel with four sides simply supported at room temperature.On this basis,the influence of uniform thermal environment on the natural frequency,the contribution of material stiffness and additional geometric stiffness to the thermal stiffness of the stiffened panel and the "evolution" phenomenon of natural mode are studied.Finally,the influence of non-uniform thermal environment on thermal modal of the stiffened titanium alloy panel is studied.The results show that,the symmetry of numerical model under uniform temperature leads to the same second and third-order critical buckling temperature and natural frequency,and the "evolution" phenomenon of the second and third-order natural modes occurs under the influence of thermal environment.The first four-order natural frequencies of the stiffened panel show a curved trend,and the minimum natural frequency is mainly affected by the first-order critical buckling temperature.Relative to the material stiffness,the additional geometric stiffness caused by thermal stress is the main factor for the thermal modal of the stiffened panel.Under uniform and non-uniform temperature field,the influence of thermal environment on natural frequency maintains the same trend.The non-uniform temperature field has little influence on the low order frequency,but has great influence on the high order natural frequency.
