摘 要:在汽车舒适性评价中,传统烦恼率模型虽然引入了人的主观因素,但并不能较好地反映ISO2631标准对烦恼率的定义。针对此问题,首先,基于Stevens幂函数定律,针对烦恼率模型,改进其中隶属度函数,使其适用于汽车行驶振动环境的评价;其次,改进隶属度函数通过拟合系数、误差平方和、均方根误差3个评价指标对比传统隶属度函数,优化幅度分别为26.15%,24.23%和18.92%,说明改进的烦恼率模型能更好地反映出舒适界限对于烦恼率积累的影响;最后,针对改进烦恼率模型中舒适界限、变异系数、加速度与加速度变化速率等参数进行了分析。结果表明,改进烦恼率模型在舒适界限大于0.4 m/s^(2)环境下,更加符合ISO描述的人体从舒适到烦恼的心理过程。该方法有效计算了乘客主观烦恼率,为汽车舒适性提供了更准确的评价标准。For the evaluation of vehicle comfort,even though traditional annoyance rate model considers human subjective factors,it does not reflect the definition of annoyance rate from ISO2631 standard.A modified membership function based on Stevens' power law is developed,specifically optimized for vehicle vibration environments.The improved membership function compares the traditional membership function with three evaluation indicators:coefficient of determination,the sum of squares due to error and root mean square error,and the optimization amplitudes are 26.15%,24.23% and 18.92%.Compared with the traditional annoyance rate model,the improved annoyance rate model can better reflect the influence of comfort bounds.Furthermore,the parameters such as comfort boundary,coefficient of variation,acceleration and acceleration change rate in the improved annoyance rate model are analyzed,and the results show that the improved annoyance rate model is more in line with the psychological process from comfort to worry described by ISO in the environment where the comfort limit is higher than 0.4 m/s2.This method effectively calculates the subjective annoyance rate of passengers,which provides a more accurate evaluation standard for the evaluation of vehicle harshness.
