摘　　要：目的挖掘治疗慢性肝炎的国家专利中药复方药物,分析其用药规律及核心药对治疗慢性肝炎的作用机制,总结治疗原则。方法收集符合要求的治疗慢性肝炎的国家复方专利,用Excel软件录入处方信息,建立数据库,借助Excel、古今医案云平台、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 27.0进行数据分析。结果主治症候中湿热蕴结证(140,43.61%)、肝郁脾虚证(63,19.63%)占比较高。高频中药包括丹参、柴胡、茵陈等,药性以微寒为主,药味以苦为主,归经以肝为主。因子分析和聚类分析得出新方组合为四君子汤+柴胡疏肝散的加减组成。关联规则分析得出高度相关的药对“茵陈柴胡”等共13条。结论慢性肝炎病机为本虚标实,中医药治疗慢性肝炎时着重使用具有疏肝理脾、清热解毒功效的中药。Objective To explore the national patent traditional Chinese medicine compound drugs for the treatment of chronic hepatitis,analyze their medication rules and the mechanism of action of core drugs in the treatment of chronic hepatitis,and summarize the treatment principles.Methods The national compound patents for the treatment of chronic hepatitis that met the requirements were collected,prescription information was recorded with Excel software,a database was established,and data analysis was performed with the help of Excel,ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 27.0.Results The main syndromes included dampness-heat accumulation syndrome(140,43.61%)and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(63,19.63%).The high-frequency Chinese medicines included Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,etc.,the medicinal properties were mainly slightly cold,the medicinal taste was mainly bitter,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver meridian.Factor analysis and cluster analysis showed that the combination of new prescription was composed of the addition and subtraction of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Chaihu Shugan powder.Association rule analysis showed that there were 13 highly correlated drug pairs such as“Artemisiae Scopariae Herba Bupleuri Radix”.Conclusion The pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis is deficiency,and treatment of chronic hepatitis focuses on the use of traditional Chinese medicines with functions of soothing liver and regulating spleen,and clearing heat and removing toxin.
