摘　　要：据调研,连体式医用防护服作为一种兼具功能性与职业性的特殊服装,在舒适性与便利性方面仍有待提高,因此希望通过该设计推动其向更加舒适、便利的方向发展。采用文献分析与案例分析法等,对市面连体式防护服与设计案例的结构现状进行分析,以解决从整体到局部的应用问题为目的,从分割处理、门襟开合、局部裁片、服装部件、辅料增替等几个方面进行结构改良。主要采用拉链、魔术贴等辅料,对局部进行可伸缩结构设计,增加腋下弹性拉伸幅度与袖口可伸缩面屏设计等;同时,结合人体工学完成设计,如面部采用一体式T型透明面屏、裆部可拆卸等,使连体式医用防护服既能满足人体生理需求,又能解决局部细节问题,从而提升服装的合体度、舒适性与便利性。As specialized functional apparel,one-piece medical protective suits require enhanced comfort and convenience.Through literature review and case analysis,existing market products and design solutions were systematically examined.Structural optimiza-tions addressing global-to-local application challenges were implemented via segmented processing,including flap closure mechanisms,localized cutting techniques,modular components,and interchangeable fasteners.Zipper and Velcro integrations facilita-ted underarm clastic expansion and cuff telescopic surface screens.Ergonomic innovations featured an integrated T-shaped transparent face shield and detachable crotch panel,aligning with physiological requirements and detailed functional needs.These design interven-tions improve anatomical fit,wearing comfort,and operational efficiency in one-piece medical protective suits.
