摘  要:服装热湿舒适性是服装舒适性的一个重要指标,科学的评价机制对于开发具有热湿舒适性调节功能的服装具有重要意义。建模分析法分为织物热湿传递模型、人体体温调节模型和服装热湿传递模型,可在织物、人体、服装3个不同层面对热湿传递过程进行模拟预测,在检验热湿传递性能的同时完成模型预测精准度的检验。建模分析法试验成本低、效率高,可完成极端条件下的模拟分析研究。对开发热湿舒适性调节功能的服装材料、合理设计服装结构及研发特殊工种、特殊环境防护服装具有重要的指导意义。Thermo-hygroscopic comfort constitutes a critical parameter in apparel comfort evaluation.Establishing scientific as-sessment frameworks proves essential for developing functional garments with thermal-moisture regulation capabilities.A three-tiered modeling methodology was implemented,comprising fabric heat-moisture transfer models,human thermoregulatory models,and garment heat-moisture transfer models.This hierarchical approach enabled simulation and prediction of coupled heat-moisture transfer processes across textile,physiological,and clothing system levels.Model validation was concurrently conducted through experimental verification of heat-moisture transfer performance.The modeling technique demonstrated cost-cffcctivcncss and operational efficiency,particularly in simulating extreme environmental conditions.This analytical framework provides critical theoretical guidance for multi-ple applications:advanced textile material development,optimized garment structural engineering,and specialized protective clothing design for extreme environments.
