摘  要:传统的能耗监测仅采用通信的方式将能源仪表汇总至上位机,然后集中在屏幕上显示或生成数据报表,最终仍需人工对数据进行编辑以生成可识别的图表。新能源监测系统采用三菱EcowebserverIII服务器系统,通过CC-Link和Modbus通信协议将能源表汇总至服务器,每分钟数次采集数据,可智能生成能源比较图及能源分析结构图,并自动给出节能方面的建议。新能源监测系统的应用,提高了管理员的工作效率,可快速找到能源浪费点,解决生产管理的漏洞问题。同时该系统还能精确地实时生成对应产品的万米耗用图表,自动生成产品加工成本,优化生产管理。Traditional energy consumption monitoring systems merely aggregated energy meter data to an upper computer via communication protocols,displaying information on screens or generating data reports.Manual data editing by managers was required to produce intcrprctablc charts.A novel energy monitoring system employing the Mitsubishi EcoWcb server platform was developed,integrating energy meters through CC-Link and Modbus communication protocols.Data collection at one-minute intervals enabled au-tomated generation of energy comparison charts and structural analysis diagrams,alongside recommendations for energy-saving im-provements.This approach allowed managers to efficiently identify energy waste points and optimize energy conservation in power generation equipment.Additionally,the system facilitated energy cost calculations per manufactured article,contributing to material pricing assessments.
