摘  要:针对棉布化学前处理生产能耗高、纤维损伤大、废水量多且处理困难等问题,探讨纯棉织物的淀粉酶/果胶酶复合+碱氧一浴前处理工艺。设计L9(34)正交优化试验,分析碱性淀粉酶用量、碱性果胶酶用量、pH值、处理时间、氢氧化钠用量、双氧水用量、碱氧一浴处理时间、处理温度对棉织物经向断裂强力、芯吸效应、白度的影响,最终拟定出相应的较优处理工艺,并进行试验验证。结果表明,α淀粉酶用量4.5g/L、果胶酶用量4.0g/L、pH值7.0、处理时间80min;氢氧化钠用量6.5g/L、双氧水用量4.5g/L、处理温度90℃、处理时间40min为较优处理工艺。该工艺条件下,纯棉织物的经向断裂强力470N,芯吸效应13.6cm/(30min),织物白度84.9%,能降低成本,减少污水排放量,符合绿色发展要求。To address the issues of high energy consumption,significant fiber damage,and substantial wastewater discharge with treatment difficulties in cotton fabric chemical pretreatment processes,a combined amylasc/pcctinase and alkaline peroxide one-bath pretreatment process for pure cotton fabrics was investigated.Lc,(34)orthogonal optimization experiments were designed to examine the effects of alkaline amylase dosage(4.5 g/L),alkaline pcctinase dosage(4.0 g/L),pH(7.0),treatment time(80 min),sodium hydroxide dosage(6.5 g/L),hydrogen peroxide concentration(4.5 g/L),processing temperature(90℃),and treatment duration(40 min)on warp)breaking strength,wicking effect,and fabric whiteness.An optimal processing protocol was developed and experi-mentally validated through comparative analysis.Results indicated that the optimized parameters achieved warp)breaking strength of 470 N,wicking effect of 13.6 cm/(30 min),and fabric whiteness of 84.9%.This approach achieved cost reduction and wastewater e-mission decrease while meeting green development requirements.
