摘 要:将强力保护剂和超低甲醛免烫整理剂用于棉型织物的抗皱整理工艺中。探究免烫整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对织物总折皱回复角、经向强力损失、甲醛含量、白度的影响。优化整理工艺为:超低甲醛树脂用量80g/L,氯化镁15g/L,柠檬酸1g/L,强力保护剂40g/L,焙烘温度和时间为150℃×2min。采用此工艺整理后的织物抗皱性能较好,经向强力损失小,甲醛含量低,白度变化小,能够满足市场要求。Using breaking strength protective agent for ultra-low formaldehyde wrinkle free finishing on cotton fabrics.The effects of the dosage of non ironing finishing agent,baking temperature and baking time on the total wrinkle recovery angle,longitudinal strength loss,formaldehyde content and whiteness of fabrics were explored.The optimized finishing process was as follows:the dos-age of ultra-low formaldehyde resin 80 g/L,magnesium chloride 15 g/L,citric acid 1 g/L,breaking strength protective agent 40g/L,the baking temperature and time 150℃×2min.The fabric treated with this process had good wrinkle resistance,minimal loss of longitudinal strength,low formaldehyde content,and minimal changes in whiteness,which could meet customer requirements.
