摘  要:学术热情对于博士生的成长至关重要。通过对全球博士生的调查数据分析发现,随着读博年限增加,博士生从事学术科研的可能性下降。研究旨在深入了解影响博士生学术热情变化的因素,基于Nature 2022年发布的数据,从内部驱动力和环境刺激两个方面进行探讨。研究发现,非学术性的读博动机、紧张冲突的导生关系、较少的科研津贴、未达预期的学位课程以及过于担忧就业前景和学位价值,都可能导致学术热情消退。基于此,研究建议可以从博士生、导师、院校单位等多元主体入手提高博士生学术热情。Academic enthusiasm plays a pivotal role in the development of doctoral students.Through an analysis of survey data from doctoral students worldwide,it has been observed that as their years in the program progress,there is a decline in their inclination towards engaging in academic research.This study aims to comprehensively comprehend the factors influencing changes in doctoral academic enthusiasm,drawing upon data published by Nature 2022 and focusing on both internal motivational factors and external environmental stimuli.The findings reveal that non-academic motivations for pursuing a doctorate,conflicting mentoring relationships,inadequate research funding,subpar degree programs,and excessive concerns regarding job prospects and the value of a degree all contribute to diminishing academic enthusiasm among doctoral students.Based on these insights,this research proposes strategies for enhancing academic enthusiasm among doctoral students through collaborative efforts involving students themselves,supervisors,and institutions.
