摘  要:得克隆(Dechlorane Plus,DP)是一种具有有机污染物(POPs)特性的添加型阻燃剂,其高持久性和生物累积性(vPvB)对生态系统和人类健康构成潜在威胁。本研究综述其环境影响与研究进展,开展人体暴露风险评估,重点解析电子废物拆解场地成年工人的暴露风险。通过暴露评估方法,结合土壤DP浓度数据,量化经口摄入与皮肤接触两种途径的暴露量,采用危害商(HQ)和危害指数(HI)作为非致癌风险的量化指标,评估土壤中DP的暴露风险。评估结果表明,HQ和HI均小于1,在所评估的环境介质中,DP暴露水平对应的非致癌风险较低,人群暴露于该水平化学物质引发不良健康效应的可能性较低。据此,建议将中国电子垃圾拆解地土壤区域划定为风险处于较低且可接受水平的污染区域。Dechlorane Plus(DP),an additive flame retardant exhibiting characteristics of persistent organic pollutants(POPs)with very persistent and very bioaccumulative(vPvB)properties,poses potential risks to both ecosystems and human health.This study reviews the environmental impacts and research advancements concerning DP.Furthermore,it conducts a human exposure risk assessment,with a specific focus on adult workers at electronic waste(e-waste)dismantling sites.Utilizing exposure assessment methodologies and soil DP concentration data,exposure levels via oral ingestion and dermal contact were quantified.The Hazard Quotient(HQ)and Hazard Index(HI)were employed as quantitative indicators for non-carcinogenic risk assessment of DP exposure in soils.Results show that both HQ and HI values remain below 1,indicating low non-carcinogenic risks in the assessed environmental media.Population exposure at these levels is unlikely to induce adverse health effects.Consequently,soils in Chinese electronic waste dismantling areas should be classified as acceptable-risk contaminated zones.
