石家庄市生物医药产业高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：生物医药产业是关系国计民生和人民生命健康的重点产业,也是加快形成新质生产力的重点产业。本文以石家庄市生物医药产业为研究对象,从产业基础、产业布局、产业集聚、产业创新和产业优势等方面系统梳理了当前石家庄市制药产业发展现状,并从行业风险、政策、产业结构、园区集聚和服务保障等方面分析了产业发展存在的问题,最后从加强规划引领、创新管理模式、加大扶持力度、鼓励品质提升和营造发展氛围等方面提出了推动石家庄市生物医药产业高质量发展的对策建议。研究结果可为推动生物医药产业高质量发展提供新的研究思路。The biomedical industry plays a pivotal role in safeguarding national economic security,public health,and fostering new qualitative productive forces.This paper focuses on the development of the biomedical industry in Shijiazhuang,systematically reviewing the current state of its development in terms of industrial foundation,layout,clustering,innovation,and competitive advantages.Existing challenges are analyzed,including industry risks,the extent of policy implementation,the need for industrial structure upgrading,and the necessity of enhancing the clustering capacity of industrial parks and service support capabilities.Finally,the paper proposes strategies and recommendations to promote the high-quality development of Shijiazhuang's biomedical industry,with an emphasis on strengthened planning guidance,innovative management models,increased project-related support,encouragement of quality improvement,and the creation of a favorable development environment.The research findings can provide new research insights for advancing the high-quality development of the biomedical industry.
