旅游驱动下山区乡村转型发展的机制研究——以栾川县重渡村为例

摘　　要：乡村旅游是助推农村经济发展,实现乡村振兴的重要路径。本文以栾川县重渡村为研究区,融合Google Earth影像数据、深度访谈、土地利用动态度等多源数据方法,研究旅游驱动下重渡村的乡村发展转型机制,结果表明:①重渡村的土地利用模式随着乡村旅游的发展变得愈加多样化,商业和旅游用地增加明显,摆脱了以往农业为主的用地格局向旅游用地格局转变,初步反映出村落的发展潜力和向着旅游专业村过渡的基本状态。②从农户的生计和经济结构转型视角切入,村民由过去的务农为主务工为辅的生计模式逐步转变为全民参与旅游业,融合收入与支出的转变,更加体现村民意识觉醒历程和发展的现实意义。③旅游发展是各种因素共同作用所导致的必然结果,政府与银行企业的援助与调控是“船尾舵”与“发动机”,展现出旅游发展的内在驱动力所在。独特的地理自然优势与良好的客源市场,加之多方带动和调控,对村落旅游的发展产生了多方面综合影响,使得重渡村成为旅游专业村成功的典范。Rural tourism is an important way to boost rural economic development and realize rural revitalization.This paper takes Chongdu Village in Luanchuan County,a mountainous area,as the case study area.It integrates multi-source data methods including Google Earth image data,in-depth interviews and land use data to study the mechanism of tourism-driven rural transformation of Chongdu Village.The results show as follows:①With the development of rural tourism,the land use pattern of Chongdu Village has become more diversified.Commercial and tourist land has increased significantly,shifting the village from the previous agricultural land pattern to the tourism land pattern,reflecting the development potential of the village and the basic state of transition to a tourism-oriented village.②From the perspective of farmers'livelihood and economic structure transformation,villagers have shifted from a traditional farming-based livelihood with off-farm work as supplementary income to full community engagement in tourism.Integrating changes in income and expenditure patterns,this transformation further reflects the villagers'evolving awareness and the realistic significance of development.③Tourism development is the inevitable result of various factors.The assistance and regulation of the government and banks are the"stern rudder"and the"engine",showing the internal driving force of tourism development.The unique geographical and natural advantages and the good tourist market,combined with various driving and regulation,have exerted comprehensive influence on the development of village tourism in many aspects,making Chongdu Village a successful model of tourism specialized village.
