自然科学基金项目负责人的群体特征——以广东省为例

摘　　要：广东省自然科学基金作为广东省内覆盖人群最广、影响范围最大的基础研究资助方式,构建了以面上项目、青年提升项目、杰出青年项目和卓越青年团队项目为主体的基础研究人才培养体系。以2021—2023年申报广东省自然科学基金并获得资助的项目负责人为研究对象,分析该群体的基本特征。研究发现:项目负责人学历和职称特征高度集中;31~40岁为项目负责人的主要年龄层次;获得立项的男性占比远大于女性,两性科研人员的研究学科领域存在差异。The Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province,as the basic research funding method with the widest coverage and the largest influence in Guangdong,has built a basic research talent training system with general projects,youth promotion projects,outstanding youth projects,and outstanding youth team projects as the main body.In this paper,the project leaders who applied for the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province from 2021 to 2023 and received funding are taken as the research objects to analyze the basic characteristics of this group.The results show that the characteristics of the academic background and professional title of the project leader are highly concentrated;31~40 years old is the main age level of the project leader;the proportion of men who have been approved is much higher than that of women,and there are differences in the research disciplines of researchers of both genders.
