摘　　要：全国重点实验室是我国国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,面对激烈的国际科技竞赛,亟须加快提升全国重点实验室的科技创新绩效。采用扎根理论的编码技术方法,将2012—2022年教育部、科技部等政府官方网站关于全国重点实验室的报道材料进行三级编码,构建“环境-过程”分析框架,研究全国重点实验室科技创新绩效的影响因素及其作用机制。结果表明,环境需求、制度规范、资源禀赋、心理资本和联动嵌入是影响全国重点实验室创新绩效的主要因素,全国重点实验室科技创新绩效是各因素协同驱动的结果。The National Key Laboratories are an important part of the national scientific and technological(S&T)innovation system of China,and in the face of fierce international S&T competition,it is urgent to accelerate the improvement of the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories.In this paper,we use the grounded theory coding technology method to code the report materials on the National Key Laboratories from the official websites of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2022,and construct an environment-process analysis framework to study the influencing factors and mechanisms of the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories.The results show that environmental demand,institutional norms,resource endowment,psychological capital,and linkage embedding are the main factors affecting the innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories,and the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories is the result of the synergistic drive of various factors.
