摘 要:顶管施工时,一般会对周围土体造成扰动,周围土体甚至会出现较大的变形,严重时可能导致管线断裂、建筑发生过大沉降,给生命财产造成重大损失。为减少顶管施工对土体的扰动,并对土体变形进行控制,开展了触变泥浆配合比优化试验,并将优化后的触变泥浆用于实际工程中。同时对顶进过程中地表沉降、土体变形以及施工参数进行了监测。监测结果显示,在顶管顶进过程中,土体的变形与沉降值能满足设计及规范要求。Pipe jacking construction generally causes disturbance even significant deformation to the surrounding soil,Which may lead to pipeline breakage and excessive settlement of the building,causing significant losses to life and property.In order to reduce the disturbance of soil caused by pipe jacking construction and control soil deformation,an optimization experiment of the mix ratio of thixotropic mud was carried out,and the optimized thixotropic mud was used in practical engineering.In addition,parameters such as grouting pressure,grouting volume,jacking speed,and jacking force were also controlled.At the same time,monitoring was conducted on surface settlement,soil deformation,and construction parameters during the jacking process.The monitoring results showed that the deformation and settlement values of the soil during the pipe jacking process met the design and specification requirements.
