摘　　要：目的为探究复合中草药对肉兔的生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。方法选购80只体质量相近的新西兰兔,随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲仅饲喂基础日粮,试验A组、B组、C组在基础日粮中分别添加3%、5%、7%的中草药。在试验期内记录腹泻、死亡只数,采食和增质量情况,并测定部分血液生化指标后进行分析。结果在肉兔基础日粮中添加中草药组方后肉兔的腹泻率和死亡率均有所降低;试验B组和试验C组与对照组比较末期体质量和平均日增质量显著提高(p<0.05),试验组兔的日均采食量较对照组均显著提高(p<0.05);试验组较对照组兔的血液生化指标中葡萄糖和白蛋白也显著升高(p<0.05)。结论在日粮中添加适量中草药能够提高兔生产性能和免疫功能。In order to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the production performance and blood biochemical indexes in meat rabbits,80 New Zealand rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 2 replicates in each group and 10 rabbits in each replicate.The control group was only fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups A,B and C were supplemented with 3%,5%and 7%Chinese herbal medicine respectively.During the test period,the number of diarrhea,death,feed intake and weight gain were recorded,and some blood biochemical indexes were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the diarrhea rate and mortality rate of meat rabbits were decreased after the Chinese herbal medicine was added to the basic diet of meat rabbits.The final weight and average daily gain of the experimental group B and the experimental group C were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The average daily feed intake of the rabbits in the experimental group was significantly increased(p<0.05),and the glucose and albumin in the blood biochemical indexes were also significantly increased(p<0.05).The results showed that adding appropriate amount of Chinese herbal medicine to the diet could improve the production performance and immune function in meat rabbits.
