桃花种质资源湖南省科普基地内外部环境分析及发展战略研究

摘　　要：在信息爆炸和媒介环境迅速变化的时代,科普基地的重要性日益凸显。常德职业技术学院的桃花种质资源湖南省科普基地通过展览、实验和互动等方式,将科学知识生动地呈现给公众,激发其好奇心和创造力,成为提升公众科学素养和培养创新能力的重要平台。该文通过对基地的内部和外部环境进行分析,发现其具备完善的组织结构、丰富的人力资源、充足的资源配置和较强的创新能力。为应对新技术应用不足、品牌宣传不够以及新兴科普服务竞争等挑战,该文提出技术创新与合作共赢的战略,旨在提升基地的影响力和可持续发展能力,为湖南省乃至全国的科普事业作出贡献。In an era of information explosion and rapid changes in the media environment,the importance of science popularization bases has become increasingly prominent.Changde Vocational and Technical College's Peach Blossom Germplasm Resources Hunan Province Science Popularization Base vividly presents scientific knowledge to the public through exhibitions,experiments and interactions,stimulates curiosity and creativity,and becomes an important platform for improving the public's scientific literacy and cultivating innovative capabilities.By analyzing the internal and external environment of the base,this paper finds that it has a complete organizational structure,rich human resources,sufficient resource allocation and strong innovation capabilities.In order to cope with challenges such as insufficient application of new technologies,insufficient brand promotion,and competition in emerging science popularization services,this paper proposes a win-win strategy of technological innovation and cooperation,aiming to enhance the influence and sustainable development capabilities of the base,and contribute to the science popularization cause of Hunan Province and even the whole country.
