搭建农村社会服务平台 助力乡村全面振兴——基于楚雄彝族自治州农村社区的调查与思考

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴的持续发展,我国广大农村社区焕然一新,农村居民的物质精神文化需求也随之增长和日趋多元化。为此,作者通过实地走访、问卷调查、文献研究等方法,围绕乡村振兴发展战略实施情况,调查分析楚雄彝族自治州农村社区的社会服务需求及发展困境、现有社会服务资源,提出楚雄彝族自治州农村社区社会服务平台——党建社会服务平台总体框架,并提出党建引领、一线作为、专业支撑和数字化激活等7个方面的基本建设路径建议。以此平台促进楚雄州农村社区良性运行和协调发展,助力乡村振兴。With the continuous development of rural revitalization,China's vast rural communities have taken on a completely new look,and the material,spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents have also increased and become increasingly diversified.To this end,the author used on-site visits,questionnaires,literature research and other methods to investigate and analyze the social service needs,development difficulties,and existing social service resources of rural communities in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture around the implementation of the rural revitalization and development strategy,and proposed the rural areas of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture.Community social service platform-the overall framework of the Party Building Social Service Platform,and proposed seven basic construction path suggestions including party building leadership,front-line actions,professional support,and digital activation.This platform promotes the healthy operation and coordinated development of rural communities in Chuxiong Prefecture and helps rural revitalization.
