冰芒散联合非布司他治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察非布司他联合冰芒散治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 收集120例急性痛风性关节炎患者。根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予非布司他和双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上于膝关节痛风性关节炎处外敷冰芒散治疗。比较两组治疗前后血尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、炎性因子、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、中医证候评分。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后UA、ESR、hs-CRP水平及VAS、中医证候评分均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 冰芒散可明显缓解性痛风性关节炎患者的疼痛反应,降低炎症反应,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of febuxostat combined with Bingmang Powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients diagnosed with acute gouty arthritis at the outpatient department.Patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group was treated with febuxostat and diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets,while the experimental group additionally received Bingmang Powder externally on the affected knee joints on the basis of the control group.Serum uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),inflammatory factors,visual analog scale(VAS)for pain,and TCM syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum UA,ESR,and hs-CRP levels and VAS,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and in the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bingmang Powder can significantly alleviate pain reactions in patients with acute gouty arthritis,reduce inflammatory responses,improve patients'quality of life,and demonstrate significant clinical efficacy.
