摘　　要：基于多维网络视角,从资金、高铁、科技、信息4个维度,文章研究了徐州与江苏各地级市之间的协同关系和互动机制。结果显示,苏中与苏北8个地级市中徐州中心度总体居第1位,徐州具有较强的(副)中心城市属性和能力。在此基础上,文章进一步对比分析芜湖、洛阳、珠海、襄阳4个城市建设省域副中心情况的现状、特点,发现徐州建设省域副中心城市可能存在顶层设计缺位、创新能力不强等问题。Based on a multidimensional network perspective,this article studies the collaborative relationship and interactive mechanism between Xuzhou and various prefecture level cities in Jiangsu from four dimensions:funding,high-speed rail,technology,and information.The results show that Xuzhou ranks first in centrality among the eight prefecture level cities in central and northern Jiangsu,and has strong(sub)central city attributes and capabilities.On this basis,further comparative analysis was conducted on the current situation and characteristics of the construction of provincial sub-centers in Wuhu,Luoyang,Zhuhai,and Xiangyang.It was found that Xuzhou may have problems such as a lack of top-level design and weak innovation capabilities in the construction of provincial sub-center cities.
