摘 要:实验动物在健康、教育和生物医药等方面发挥了重要作用,但同时存在相关法律法规的不完善、管理职能部门不清等问题,使得实验动物废弃物处理成为现实难题。文章通过借鉴各省市处理实验动物废物经验,从完善法律法规、加强专业队伍培养、制订更为全面科学的《实验动物废物分类目录》、提升重视程度并落实危废处理操作细则和完善设施等方面提出了后续建议,以期为更好地做好实验动物管理工作提供参考。Experimental animals play an important role in health,education,and biomedicine,but at the same time,there are problems such as incomplete laws and regulations,unclear management departments,etc.,which make the disposal of experimental animal waste a practical challenge.The article draws on the experience of various provinces and cities in handling experimental animal waste,and puts forward follow-up suggestions from the aspects of improving laws and regulations,strengthening professional team training,formulating a more comprehensive and scientific Classification catalogue of experimental animal waste,enhancing attention and implementing operational rules for hazardous waste treatment,and improving facilities,in order to provide reference for better management of experimental animals.
