“双一流”高校图书馆开放获取资源揭示的调查和建设研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆资源采购经费短缺和读者日益增长的信息需求之间的矛盾越来越突出,而开放获取资源(OA)的揭示和利用在一定程度上能够缓解这一现象。文章结合文献调研和网站调研的方法,对42所“双一流”高校图书馆OA揭示形式(揭示资源载体、揭示资源数量)和内容深度(资源名称、资源说明、链接情况)等方面进行了调查,并提出了资源框架搭建、内容采集和更新等方面的相关建议,给采购经费紧张的高校图书馆为用户更专业地揭示开放获取资源作参考。The contradiction between the shortage of procurement funds for university library resources and the growing information needs of readers is becoming increasingly prominent,and the disclosure and utilization of open access(OA)resources can alleviate this phenomenon to a certain extent.The article conducted a survey on the forms(revealing resource carriers,revealing resource quantities)and content depth(resource names,resource descriptions,link situations)of OA disclosure in 42“double first-class”university libraries through a combination of literature research and website research methods.Relevant suggestions were put forward for building resource frameworks,collecting and updating content,and providing reference for university libraries with tight procurement funds to more professionally disclose open access resources for users.
